Important Notes
- Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions, access to the exhibit area, one copy of conference proceedings on electronic media (delivered on site), coffee breaks, welcome reception, lunches, and gala dinner. Registration fees do not include tutorials.
- Each paper must be “covered” by one full-rate (not student) registration in the name of one of the authors. Presenting authors must register before October 16, 2015, at a rate depending on the registration date.
- When registering, please provide details regarding the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your (non-student) registration (see instructions below). One full registration can cover no more than two papers.
- Proof of membership is required upon registration (see instructions below).
- Student registration will only be accepted after proof of your student status is sent to [email protected]. A declaration from a supervisor will be accepted.
- Attendance to tutorials is subject to registration to the workshop.
